1. Preorders

• All preorders placed on or before August 15, 2025, will be shipped by late August 2025.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location.

2. Standard Shipping

• We currently ship across India.

• Orders (excluding preorders) are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days.

• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.

• For COD (Cash on Delivery), a nominal fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delays

• Terralayers is not responsible for delays caused by natural events, courier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.

5. Address Changes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

• Any changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

6. Tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
