• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.

• Delays due to courier or external factors are not under our control.

5. Refunds & Returns

• We only offer refunds for lamps that are damaged during delivery.

• A refund of 80% of the order value will be processed only if:

  • A clear unboxing video is provided as evidence.

  • The video shows the parcel from unopened to fully opened.

• No refunds or replacements without video proof.

• No refund for damage caused after delivery.
